Welcome to Valunatra (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access and use of our website at valunatra.site and related services. By accessing our site or enrolling in our offerings, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Offerings
2.1 Value-Centered Qualification Training Services
We deliver instructor-led and online group sessions designed to enhance professional qualifications in various domains. Sessions may be scheduled or on-demand.
2.2 Information Products
Our digital materials include guides, video tutorials, and e-books. These are delivered electronically upon purchase.
2.3 Physical Products
We offer study materials, printed manuals, and branded merchandise shipped to your address.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees are listed in local currency and payable via available payment methods at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes or duties, which will be added where required.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
4.1 Services
Group sessions: You may request a fee transfer to another session date up to 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date are fully refundable. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days incur a 50% fee deduction. Requests made within 7 days of the session date are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.
One-to-one consults and customized workshops: All such engagements are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of preparation. However, you may reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice. Late rescheduling requests may incur an additional administrative charge.
4.2 Information Products
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. After this period or threshold, no refund is available.
4.3 Physical Products
Items in unused and original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
4.4 Refund Process
To initiate a refund or transfer, please submit your request through our contact form. After approval, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Transfer confirmations will be sent via email within 5 business days.
5. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on our site with a revised effective date. Continued use of our offerings after changes indicates acceptance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Valunatra’s total liability for any claim related to our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
